ABOUT HOA SEN HOME

Over more than two decades of establishment and development, Hoa Sen Group has grown into a leading corporation in the manufacturing and trading of coated steel in Vietnam and one of the leading exporters of steel products in Southeast Asia. The Group operates nine manufacturing plants and has built a robust steel retail platform with over 400 stores across 34 provinces nationwide. In 2025, Hoa Sen Group was ranked among the Top 50 Best Listed Companies in Vietnam and placed 17th in the Top 500 largest private enterprises by revenue. Leveraging its strong financial foundation, extensive distribution network, deep market insight, large customer base, and over two decades of operational experience, Hoa Sen Home – the Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain – was established in 2021 as a strategic advancement in Hoa Sen Group’s long-term vision. This initiative marked a key step toward product diversification, enhanced channel efficiency, and pioneering the modern supermarket chain model in the building materials and interior sector.

Throughout its development, Hoa Sen Home has continuously optimized and strengthened its operations by expanding its product portfolio with reputable domestic and international brands, investing in smart central warehouse systems across all three regions of Vietnam, implementing ERP-based operational management, and standardizing the retail experience in line with modern practices. To date, Hoa Sen Home has built a nationwide network of more than 400 stores, including 140 modern Building Materials & Furniture Supermarkets, offering over 15,000 product SKUs across multiple categories to comprehensively meet consumer needs for construction, finishing, and decoration.

After four years of operating the Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain, Hoa Sen Group has identified Hoa Sen Home as a key strategic pillar driving future growth. On January 5, 2026, Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company was officially established, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s ecosystem. This transition reflects the evolution from a traditional distribution system into a modern supermarket chain model, enabling greater flexibility in brand strategy, product portfolio development, and market expansion.

In particular, Hoa Sen Home focuses on developing its proprietary brands, including Lustra and Lustile (tiles), Tuslo (bathroom equipment), Lushine (kitchen equipment), Lusgreen (garden products), Luscoat (paint and waterproofing solutions), Luswell (core building materials), Luscom (electrical equipment), and Lusfix (construction tools). ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

OUR HISTORY

On August 8, 2001, Hoa Sen Joint Stock Company, the predecessor of Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, was officially established.
From its early days, Hoa Sen Group began building and expanding a nationwide building materials distribution network, with chain stores serving as the core customer touchpoints. Over nearly two decades of development, this distribution system grew steadily into a unified network of hundreds of stores operating under a centralized management model, forming a solid, extensive, and efficient distribution foundation. This period laid the groundwork for the development of a modern building materials distribution and retail model.

On February 20, 2021, the first store of the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain officially opened in Thot Not (Can Tho), marking the brand’s first milestone through the upgrade of traditional Ton Hoa Sen stores and the launch of new ones nationwide.
In November 2021, the 60th Hoa Sen Home store was inaugurated, expanding the chain’s presence across the Southwestern, Southeastern, Central Highlands, and Central regions of Vietnam.
On November 18, 2021, Hoa Sen Home was honored as the “Outstanding Building Materials & Furniture Supplier” in the Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2021, organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.

On May 19, 2022, the 100th Hoa Sen Home store officially opened, marking a remarkable milestone in the chain’s continuous expansion over just one year.
On June 9, 2022, Hoa Sen Home launched its first store in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting widespread customer attention and visits.
On September 17, 2022, the 110th Hoa Sen Home store was inaugurated in Cho Moi (An Giang), representing a significant leap in the nationwide expansion of the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain, affirming its position among Vietnam’s leading building materials and furniture retail networks.

In 2023, the 115th store of the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain officially opened.
On April 20, 2023, Hoa Sen Home launched the Hoa Sen Home 3D Application, offering an immersive 3D model home experience with advanced interactive features to enhance customer engagement.
In July 2023, Hoa Sen Home introduced Lustra, its exclusive ceramic tile brand, designed to elevate every project and enrich spatial aesthetics.
In August 2023, the company launched Lustile, an exclusive premium ceramic tile brand, manufactured on modern European-standard production lines.
In December 2023, Hoa Sen Home introduced Tuslo, its exclusive bathroom solutions brand, featuring a wide range of high-quality products such as faucets, smart toilets, bathtubs, and washbasins.
Also in December 2023, the TV program “Vietnamese Family Shelter” (Mái ấm gia đình Việt), sponsored by Hoa Sen Home, proudly won Second Prize in the Integrated Communication Campaign category at the Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards 2023.

In 2024, the 120th Hoa Sen Home store officially opened.
In June 2024, Hoa Sen Home launched Lustime, its exclusive glazed roof tile brand, providing the perfect solution for every home.
In November 2024, the company introduced Luswell, its exclusive building materials brand, offering high-quality products such as solar water heaters, water tanks, insulation panels, and roofing screws.
In December 2024, Hoa Sen Home launched Lushine, its exclusive kitchen equipment brand, delivering not only functional and elegant kitchen solutions but also comfort and sophistication to every home.
Also in December 2024, the TV program “Vietnamese Family Shelter” (Mái ấm gia đình Việt), sponsored by Hoa Sen Home, won the “Most Impressive CSR Campaign” award at the Vietnam Creative Advertising Awards 2024.

In 2025, Hoa Sen Home opened its 130th store, becoming Vietnam’s largest distributor and retailer of building and finishing materials (according to VNDIRECT Report, March 2025).
In March 2025, Hoa Sen Home launched Luscoat, its exclusive paint and waterproofing brand, offering superior color experiences and long-lasting protection for every home.
In May 2025, the company introduced Lusgreen, its exclusive garden product brand, providing modern outdoor décor solutions that promote sustainable green living.
In June 2025, Hoa Sen Home unveiled Lusfix, its exclusive construction tools brand, built to be durable, powerful, and reliable - supporting customers in every project.
In July 2025, Hoa Sen Home launched Luscom, its exclusive electrical equipment brand, combining striking design and advanced technology to ensure quality and safety in daily life.

On January 5, 2026, Hoa Sen Home Joint Stock Company was officially established with a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion.
In parallel with the upgrade and expansion of its retail network, Hoa Sen Home has invested in the development of a nationwide system of 12 central warehouses, enabling efficient and professional inventory management and meeting the standard of 24-hour delivery to customers.
