Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket Chain (Hoa Sen Group) has officially rolled out its Standard Dealers model, partnering with selected partners to inaugurate the first outlets in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho City, and Bac Ninh Province. This marks the next step in standardizing the retail model, aiming to build a modern, synchronized, and transparent building materials distribution system.
In the context of Vietnam’s retail sector increasingly embracing standardization and modernization, many major brands are accelerating the development of unified distribution systems to enhance service quality, improve transparency, and expand customer reach. The building materials sector is no exception, as businesses place greater emphasis on retail identity, display standards, and professional consultation processes.

Accordingly, Hoa Sen Home has rolled out the Standard Agent model to establish a consistent sales network where each retail outlet meets strict criteria in branding, showroom layout, product quality, and customer service. This initiative is considered a crucial step toward completing the system and bringing the building materials market closer to modern, synchronized, and transparent standards—helping consumers shop with confidence.
Standardizing the Retail Model
The Hoa Sen Home Standard Agent model was first introduced in late 2025 and targets two main partner groups: existing agents/distributors and new partners with suitable retail premises. Hoa Sen Home offers two cooperation formats:
The first format is the Hoa Sen Home Standard Display Booth. Partners receive support in designing their showroom according to the system’s standardized layout, along with shelves, promotional materials, and product display samples under preferential policies. Flexible area options are available, including 50 m², 75 m², 100 m², 150 m², and 200 m². Notably, standard agents are provided with official storefront signage without any sales commitment requirements.

The second format is the Hoa Sen Home Container Model, designed for partners with vacant land or locations with high potential but no suitable premises. Container showrooms are available in sizes of 14 m², 28 m², 42 m², and 56 m², corresponding to structures of one to four containers. In particular, partners may have the opportunity to own the container showroom free of charge upon completion of the program, subject to meeting commitment conditions.

Throughout their participation in the Standard Agent model, partners benefit from attractive sales discount policies, transparent credit terms, and systematic product training programs.
Beyond financial incentives, the model helps partners maintain consistent retail branding and deliver a more professional and uniform shopping experience. In practice, standardized outlets enable customers to easily compare designs, prices, and quality in a transparent manner, while minimizing the risk of counterfeit, imitation, or substandard products.
Notably, all Hoa Sen Home Standard Agents operate under a one-stop-shop model, fully meeting construction and renovation needs at a single destination. From steel sheets and pipes, tiles and roofing materials, to bathroom and kitchen equipment as well as essential tools, customers can find everything in one well-organized and easily navigable space. The system also upholds the 4D commitment: Right Standards – Right Quality – Full Invoices – Guaranteed Warranty, ensuring peace of mind for consumers.
Three First Hoa Sen Home Standard Dealerships Officially Open
The first three Hoa Sen Home Standard Dealerships have officially commenced operations, including Tan Sang Tao Dealership in Lai Thieu Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), Trung Tuyen Dealership in Vinh Vien Commune (Can Tho City), and Truong Tien Dealership in Luong Tai Commune (Bac Ninh Province). These locations are situated in markets characterized by rapid population growth and urbanization, strong demand for home renovation and new construction, and stable purchasing power.
Based on the initial operational results of these first outlets, Hoa Sen Home plans to expand the Standard Dealership model to many provinces and cities in 2026, gradually building a large-scale building materials retail network.

The Hoa Sen Home Standard Agent model has shown a positive signal from the building materials market, moving toward a more systematic and well-organized approach. Customers have more shopping options at retail outlets backed by a major brand. Agents enhance their business capabilities, while the brand strengthens its distribution network and expands its market coverage.
Hoa Sen Home currently operates over 400 stores nationwide, including 131 supermarkets offering more than 15,000 products, featuring reputable brands and exclusive Hoa Sen Home-distributed items. The extensive network and diverse product range position Hoa Sen Home as a trusted destination for both retail customers and contractors.
Hoa Sen Home warmly invites partners and customers interested in the Standard Dealers model to contact for detailed consultation and support: 0915 081 836 (Mr. Le Tran Minh Khoa – Director of Southern Hoa Sen Home).
