On August 5, Hoa Sen Group officially introduced its new alloy-coated roofing sheet, Hoa Sen Mag Shield, at the Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory. This product, coated with Zinc–Aluminum–Magnesium alloy, marks a significant milestone in Hoa Sen Group’s strategy of technological innovation, product quality enhancement, and its continued leadership in the coated steel manufacturing and trading sector in Vietnam and the region.
Hoa Sen Mag Shield is a premium product featuring a high-quality steel base, coated with a precisely blended Zinc–Aluminum–Magnesium alloy using advanced continuous hot-dip technology. This ensures corrosion resistance and rust protection three to five times higher than traditional galvanized sheets, while the coating hardness is twice that of conventional zinc-coated steel. With outstanding protection in harsh environments, Hoa Sen Mag Shield meets complex technical requirements, guarantees high aesthetic standards, and offers long-lasting durability—making it the optimal choice for key national projects and international-standard developments.
Beyond its superior corrosion resistance and extended service life, Hoa Sen Mag Shield’s alloy composition enhances coating hardness and durability, improves formability, and elevates aesthetic appeal, making it suitable for all types of construction—from residential and civil to industrial projects.

Notably, the magnesium content in the coating allows Hoa Sen Mag Shield to naturally form a protective layer at cut edges or drilled holes during installation. This self-healing mechanism is a breakthrough technical advantage that sets Hoa Sen Mag Shield apart from conventional roofing sheets.
For Hoa Sen Group, product quality is the key criterion to enhance competitiveness and strengthen the brand’s reputation both domestically and internationally. Hoa Sen Mag Shield is manufactured and tested in accordance with stringent global standards, including JIS (Japan), ASTM (USA), BS EN (Europe), AS (Australia), among others. Warranty coverage for Hoa Sen Mag Shield products extends up to 50 years, depending on region and usage conditions.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuc, Deputy General Director of Hoa Sen Group, shared: “For us, Hoa Sen Mag Shield is not merely a new product launch; it represents our spirit of innovation, creativity, commitment to quality, and our ambition to elevate Vietnam’s coated steel industry. We aim to bring the outstanding value of Hoa Sen Mag Shield to customers both domestically and internationally, contributing to sustainable and long-lasting constructions.”
With its superior features, Hoa Sen Mag Shield is the optimal material for constructions requiring high technical standards, durability, and aesthetics, including:
- Prefabricated steel factories and warehouses, especially in coastal industrial zones or highly corrosive environments.
- Greenhouses, membrane houses, and livestock shelters in high-tech agricultural farms.
- Support frames, cable trays, and electrical cabinets for solar power systems.
- Technical infrastructure components in transportation projects, such as bridge railings, protective fences, bus shelters, and public canopies.
- Residential and commercial housing projects in major urban areas and high-end neighborhoods, where long-term durability and aesthetics are essential.
- Domestic and industrial equipment requiring metal frames resistant to corrosion and rust.

With its exceptional corrosion resistance, flexible installation, high aesthetics, economic efficiency, and environmental friendliness, Hoa Sen Mag Shield not only extends the service life of structures but also provides an optimal material solution for modern and sustainable construction projects.
